Zoning and Urban Transformation Law

In addition to these processes, ensuring the transformation of buildings in areas declared as risky structures or risky areas in accordance with the Law and Regulation on Transformation of Areas Under Disaster Risk No. 6306, we help you to convening the necessary floor owners board for making decisions by the floor owners while providing risky building transformations and the majority of qualified votes. We support our clients to ensure that the relations between you and private or public legal entities run smoothly in the preparation and revision of contracts to be signed with contractors in this context. In addition, we also provide services are for the settlement of legal disputes arising from the urban transformation relationship through litigation.
